Do It Online

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. This is in addition to our AskMyGP access. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:

  • renew or order repeat prescriptions online
  • view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. More information including “how to” leaflets and videos of patients and why they are using GP online services are available at www.nhs.uk/gponlineservices

Currently we have disabled the book appointment option while we promote the use of our new digital platform, AskMyGP. It is useful for patients to experience the option of clinical triage with AskMyGP as quite often patients do not need a face to face appointment and issues can be dealt with either over the telephone or via email message. This enables our face to face appointments to be allocated to patients who need to be prioritised.
