Appointments are usually available the same day. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may use the time for someone else.

Extended Hours

There is a range of appointment times available for workers and commuters:-

Dr Pimm offers appointments from 7am on Thursdays

Dr Macpherson offers appointments from 7.30am on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Dr Williams offers appointments until 19.30pm on Wednesdays.

Telephone Advice

If you wish to speak to a doctor or nurse on the telephone please ask the receptionists who will arrange for you to be called back.

Online Appointment Booking

Welcome to our page that will hopefully run through the steps that are required to gain access to our online appointment booking service. These steps are necessary in order to ensure both your security and the security of the practice.

PLEASE NOTE This is not for booking appointments for private medicals.

The following steps are required:

1. Please come into the surgery reception and ask the receptionist for a sheet with your secure access details. You will need this to register for the service.
2. You will see that this sheet contains various numbers. You will then need to register for the service by logging into this website. Go to the "book appointments online" page. Enter the details that you have on your form given to you by the receptionist.
3. Once you have registered then you may log on to the service by clicking on the icon that is present on the home page.

Using the system

Once you are logged into the system you will be presented with the free appointments that are on our system. There are extra appointments that will be freed up at 08:15am every morning that you may also book.

Dr M Pimm, Dr L Macpherson, Dr M Williams, Dr E Jagne

Home VisitsRequests

Home visit requests should be made before 10.00am

IfA doctor or nurse may phone you as it is possible. that your problem can be dealt with telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.

House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Practice.

Test Results

Please call between 11am and 3.30pm to enquire about your test results .

Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.

When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice.

It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if your are advised to do so.
